Insight Genius is a suite of AI-powered tools for market research, including open-ended survey coding, voice capture, and call-center audio analysis.

This service is provided by Insight Genius LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA.
Payments & refunds
Paid plans and credits are billed as described at checkout and processed securely by our payment providers. Purchases of digital services and prepaid credits are non-refundable once the transaction is complete, as they grant immediate access to a digital service, except for unused credits or balance within any statutory consumer-withdrawal period required by applicable local law (for example, 7 days in Brazil and equivalent periods in Mexico or the EU).
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its systems, or other users' data. You are responsible for the data you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to process it.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Insight Genius LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
